Following a number of recent requests for additional training courses we are seeking expressions of interest to attend the following courses which will take place at the National Sports and Conference Centre in Lilleshall, near Telford in Shropshire.
1 – How to Manage Retail Theft or Violence Course – 27th September
Empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills to respond appropriately is crucial in creating safe and confident workplaces.
Training and development to equip your colleagues and teams with the necessary skills to effectively manage customer aggression effectively.
Training to prevent, manage and resolve customer aggression must be included within initial training and revisited regularly to ensure continued confidence in how to handle aggression or threats.

2 – Conflict Management Course – 27th September
An opportunity to receive continued professional up-skilling training to support your knowledge, understanding and comprehension of conflict management strategies and models of learning.
– how we perceive the threat of violence and aggression
– Factors which affect human responses in conflict situations
– improved understanding of the LEAPS model to subjectively and objectively resolve conflict
