How What You Do Can Literally Change Someone’s Life – A Road To Recovery and A Very Inspirational Message For You

This was a lovely and unexpected video message that I received from Jonathan this morning.

It was totally unexpected and very humbling but more importantly it is a message of inspiration for each and every one of you, so I phone Jonathan and asked him if I could share it with you because I believe that if it helps just one of you it will be worth the share.

Jonathan trained with us a few years ago but stopped delivering training because he was suffering and ended up being diagnosed with PTSD.

Jonathan has since been on a road to recovery which has resulted in him now being a Performance Analyst and Strength & Conditioning Coach (which he loves). He is also now an expert in PTSD.

When I spoke to Jonathan this morning to thank him personally for this lovely video he said that if any of you are suffering he is more than happy to support you if you want to get in touch with him.

The moral of the story for me is the reminder that we all impact each and every person we interact with so always do so in a positive way as you never know where that may take someone.

Training should always be more than just a course to get a certificate. Training is all about the person and should be aimed at developing them to live life on their own terms.
