When that happens the following occurs:

Our blood pressure increases;

Cortisol levels increase;

Your Metabolism slows down;

And we put weight on.

So what do some people do?

They go on a diet, which …..

Basically self-justifies the fact that there is no food available …

So the body’s famine response is justified!

On an ongoing basis this maladaptive response harms us.

Sadly a lot of people live in a state of stress 24/7 365 days a year.

That is no way to live.
