Plastic Handcuffs vs Mechanical Handcuffs [Video]

I’ve been asked for my opinion on the use of ‘plastic-cuffs’ and the benefits and drawbacks of them when compared to mechanical handcuffs so I have agreed to do this video to help someone out in the hope that it may also help others too.
