You may have been on a training course where a trainer has said something that you felt wasn’t right. You may have even challenged the trainer but got ‘fobbed off’ with a stock answer.
But if you accept something that you don’t believe to be right then you can’t serve your customers at the highest level!
Also, if you have to deliver something that you don’t believe in then it will show in your body language which is ninty-three percent of your communication and then others won’t have faith in what you are delivering either.
