Why Stress Management and Mental Health First Aid Training Doesn’t Work
In this video I explain why stress management and mental health first aid training doesn’t work.
What you resist persists.
So what you give your energy to help create it.
I also talk about learned helplessness.
This is another part of the stress response.
And it’s as damaging as the fight and flight response.

To counter this you need to engage the other part of your nervous system.

Have a great day.
