Education & Training Award – BTEC Level 3

There is often a general assumption that if you are a subject matter expert then you can impart that knowledge to others.

However, this is not necessarily the case, and it is really important to recognise that an ability to teach/train/present is just as important, maybe more important than having subject matter knowledge alone.

Understanding how to structure lesson plans, run teaching session, keep learners involved and engaged and bringing out the knowledge and experience of those in the room is so important and often overlooked, and that is what the BTEC Level 3 Award in Education & Training is designed to do.

That is why it is an important qualification to have if you are looking to teach in any professional field.

This is why we have provided the opportunity for you to take this Award as an additional Award option on the BTEC Level 3 Advanced Restraint Instructor Award Course.

This Award is Required if You Wish to Become an NFPS Licensed Centre.

If you wish to become an NFPS Licensed Centre to deliver BTEC Awards then you also need to hold a current and relevant teaching qualification. Many other organisations also require this too. Therefore we are offering you the opportunity to take the BTEC Level 3 AET (Award in Education and Training) as an additional award on this course. You can leave the course with an additional relevant teaching qualification, if you require it.

The AET award is priced at only £499 + vat and requires the completion of pre-course material and e-learning.

If you would like more information about this course, you can contact us, or to purchase this award, simply click the buy now button below.

You may also wish to take the BTEC Level 3 Award in Vocationally Related Achievement. The Level 3 AVRA Assessor course qualifies you to assess learner’s vocational knowledge in learning environments.

This assessor course is an industry standard qualification and you can gain this award during your time with us on the main Level 3 Award in Advanced Restraint Instruction

You’ll also be afforded the opportunity to go further, taking on additional qualifications such as the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF), if you wish.

The AVRA award is priced at £575 + vat and like the AET, requires the completion of pre-course material and e-learning.
