The Importance of Sticking To The Programme and Good Record Keeping [Video]
In this vlog post I’ll be reflecting on the week just gone and in particular on a couple of recent news items that have been sent to me regarding people who have died as a result of force being used. I’ll also be talking about how important good record keeping is and why it is to keep good documentation. I talk about why qualifications are secondary to competence and experience and why it is important to source training from organisations or individuals who can demonstrate a clear audit trail relating to their due diligence and competence.
