It’s Cheaper To Pay Out If Staff Get Injured Then Pay For Training [VIDEO]

One major NHS Trust has apparently stated that “they do not teach any physical disengagement or restraint to any clinical staff“, because “we rely on common law self-defence, CLA and CJIA” and “if a member of staff is injured, it will be cheaper to pay them off than it is to train all staff” I look forward to your responses and feel free to share!
