NFPS Diploma Now Live

As promised the New NFPS / IQ Level 3 Organisation Diploma in Professional Development for the Management of Violence and Aggression.

The Diploma requires 341 Hours of cumulative learning and development and those learning hours will be taken from all of the Level 3 Qualifications that you have done with us.

First and foremost our thanks must go to Sallyann Baldry and Andy Wilson from Industry Qualifications who have made this Diploma Award possible and which we know will add value to your professional standing in the community.

What this means is that if you have been training with us for some time, all of the Awarding Body qualifications that you have taken with us will count towards your Diploma Award.

If you are thinking of training with us then this is something you should consider. You see, many people take many different Awards and these Awards stand-alone and do not necessarily add value to one another in a cumulative way.

What this Diploma offers you now is the ability to collectively nest all of your Awarding Body Level 3 Awards together to move you towards an achieveable Diploma Award – the IQ Level 3 Organisation Diploma in Professional Development for the Management of Violence and Aggression.

This once again is another first and, as far as I know, no other training provider world-wide offers this route to Diploma through a recognised Awarding Body. I may be wrong, and if I am please do let me know. More importantly, this Diploma raises the bar once more pushing standards up in an attempt to keep people safe.

For those of you who have been with us for years this is our thank-you to you for your loyalty, friendship and camaraderie and we will be getting in touch soon to ensure that you get your Diploma.

For those of you who are thinking of training with us, why wouldn’t you now?
